Michelle is a diversely experienced food scientist, driven to solve global food security and malnutrition. She has worked for General Mills in dairy fermentation, formulation and processing and most recently for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on their global nutrition team. As CEO of BIOMILQ, Michelle takes on each day trying to build the best team possible to create the change she wants to see in our world!
